Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with Clawmark Toys! We do our utmost to ensure a smooth, perfect transaction for you. All items are shipped with protective packaging and care.

In the case of a customer requesting a return, Clawmark Toys accept returns under these conditions:

• Your item(s) must be returned in the EXACT CONDITION as they were sent out.
• BEFORE returning your items you MUST contact us by email of your intent to return the item. Please view our CONTACT PAGE to begin this process.
• You must return your items WITHIN 30 days of receipt of your package.
• We charge a 10% administrative re-stocking fee on all returns except those items returned due to a Clawmark Toys mistake.
  • If the return is due to our shipping mistake items still must be returned in the exact condition as when sent and we will reimburse you for your return shipping cost as long as you have contacted us and followed our return directions.
• You will receive a PURCHASE PRICE REFUND (OR STORE CREDIT) less the re-stocking fee IF you satisfy the above requirements.
• Reimbursement will come via WooCommerce, the platform we use to fulfill all orders securely.

NOTICE OF RESPONSIBILITY: Once it is in the hands of the shipper we have done our part and cannot be responsible for the Post Service. Clawmark Toys does not assume any responsibility for loss or damage.

If you insure your order and it is lost or damaged your claim must be filed with the post office.
